It would be a great help to be able to create one or more custom columns in the Users view. Being connected to a university means we have a lot of "student workers" causing a high rate if turnover each graduation, as well as frequent movement between departments. Being able to classify a user by more than just "Active" or "Deactivated" would make managing our large number of users much easier. A custom field in which all users could be set to a department or as Full-Time, Part-Time or Departed would be very useful. If not a sort-able custom field, even a column for user notes would be incredibly useful.
