Checkboxes in Description - Version Control
The version control in the description section of any project, task, subtask is pretty impressive, but I do notice that it doesn't do or note anything when someone has marked or check of a checkbox. Is this not possible to be documented on the version control? This would be really helpful for simplifying some things and keeping accountability.
Hey,
In the format bar there is a clock, hit this button it pops open a window. This shows you the history and changes including the check boxes.
Give this a try and let us know if this is what you were looking for.
I am actually aware of this feature (which is why I said it was impressive!) but the problem is the checkboxes itself. In my case, I wrote the items on the checklist with the checkbox, however, if someone else checks it (or anyone checks it other than myself), it doesn't indicate who did so. The history doesn't document that piece.
Example:
Hopefully that makes sense.
Thanks for the quick response!
@Kristel thank you for your feedback, a very interesting idea 👍
@Aaron thanks for being a helping hand here 🙂

@kristel You are right, I had not noticed before that the edited person does not reflect who checked off the boxes. I agree this would be a nice feature to have.
