Upgrade trial to Professional plan

I have a free account but want to trial your Professional plan but it asks me to upgrade and I don't want to pay to trial the plan. Can you arrange this please?

I also need to upgrade from Team to Business version. It's the weekend and I tried reached out to my sales rep on Friday, but didn't hear back. I'd like to be able to work in it over the weekend as we are on a tight deadline. Thank you!

Currently on Free version, trying to upgrade to teams version but my account won't allow it, it says I need to contact my rep who is booked for the next few weeks. please help.
