I want to make a widget for all overdue tasks

I manage a large group and need easy visibility to many overdue tasks - including tasks not assigned to me and not created by me. I don't see a way to create a widget like this. I want to make one widget to share with my whole team so we can have a common understanding of who is currently overtaxed.

Bonus points for an easy recommendation for how to filter out template tasks with dependency-based "overdue" due dates included...I do see posts about that topic, but if anyone has figured out how to roll this all together into one widget, I would be grateful for a complete answer.
