Future Project Allocation

I'm fairly new to Wrike. I categorize my team's projects as either "Active" or "Pipeline" and each project (and all tasks) are assigned to a single team member to manage. Any project that has been submitted but we are not working on yet is a Pipeline project. Under Active projects, I can use the Workload view to see which of my team members are at full capacity because each project is assigned to a team member. Pipeline projects have not been assigned to team members yet. I'd like to be add the Pipeline projects (and not have to move each individual task) to the Workload view and then be able to move them from team member to team member to see the best way to make all of them "fit" together across the team.

Is there a way to do this?
