Folder & Project Statistics - Not Seeing It?

 Hi! 

I am not able to find where I can see the folder and project statistics. I reviewed the help article, but it says:

  1. Click the menu button located at top of the Workspace

What menu button? I see a folder icon and the 3 vertical dots, but when I select either of those, I am not seeing where it lets me select this. 

Any ideas?
