Why Zapier (Office --> Wrike) does not provide fields for start date and end date?
Hi,
I need to sync calendar of Office with Wrike. Wike >> Office works well, but in the template of Office >> Wrike, there is no start date and end date. I do not either see where to add more fields. And it is strange there are couple of fields for attachments. I doubt this is a bug?
There is a similar post
but I believe the reply from Stephen is wrong. He confused what we said. It is not about the time for Zap execution. It is just about the fields of Wrike task in Zapier template.
Thanks.
Same problem

Lisa Sorry how is this task solved?
I am experiencing the same issues - you cannot even get the assignees of a task in Zapier.
Do you mean Zapier's Create Microsoft Outlook events for new tasks in Wrike integration? Can anyone tell how this particular Zapier integration works?
Does it create an Outlook calendar event for *every new task* created in Wrike, or is there a way to create an Outlook calendar event only for *specific types of new tasks* created in Wrike, e.g. trigger creating an Outlook calendar event only for a "Meeting" Custom Item Type tasks created in Wrike?
How does this Zapier integration handle updates and deletions, meaning if the Wrike task is rescheduled, does it also update the Outlook calendar event? And if the Wrike task is cancelled or deleted? Or if the assignee is removed from the Wrike task?
If the Wrike task has multiple assignees, does this Zapier integration create an Outlook calendar event for every assignee?
And wondering about the notion of "Create an event in the calendar of your choice". Is this Zapier integration something an individual Wrike user sets up with their own Outlook calendar, meaning not a system-level integration...?
It would be fantastic to be able to schedule meetings as tasks in Wrike and automatically have them appear in the assignee's Outlook calendars. (There's a separate thread about Linking Task to Outlook Task using Wrike Integrate. I'm waiting for support to advise on how that would work.)
