[Duplicate] ability to add finish-start tasks with delay between

I am working on a schedule that needs to have 1 task finish, then a 2 week delay before the next task starts.  Currently there is no way to do a dependency with this feature that will automaticaly push the second task out (keeping the 2 week gap) if the first task schedule changes.  Seems like an easy feature to add, simple predecessor entry such as "XXFS+10".
