Emojis in description fields

I love the ability to use emojis in Project and Task titles.They should also be available in description fields, review comments, and everywhere else! 🙃

I concur! In addition, we should have more consistent text formatting options throughout the system.

@Catalina This post made me 😊. Personally, I would love to see this as well. We write our email copy/interface UI in Wrike and my workaround is to write the text version of emojis (like :smile:) and then highlight it in green. That is very much a workaround though - just wanted to share with fellow emoji aficionados.

While this we wait, here is a workaround:

  1. Insert a link into description,
  2. Into "text to display" field insert your emojis
  3. Into "Link" field type anything.
  4. Profit 😀

Please add native support for emojis in the main description field... The fact it "works" with the hyperlink workaround above is kinda shady...
