Form
Hi
I have to work a lot with your 'form' tool which is great but I think we night more options in this tool:
1- Have conditional questions within the same page
This really annoying if we have to go to another page each time we create a conditional question.
It would be great if could define conditional questions on the same page.
2- Duplicate questions
I would like to have the possibility to copy paste questions within a form. It would be quicker for us if we could duplicate rather than scrolling down and add a new question..
Hope you will take this into account.

Hi - i fully agree with these wishes.
Furthermore I would like to be able to add some general text boxes in the forms.
This would be handy for additional for both the one entering the request but also to be able to add default information to the recipient of the task/project.

Niels Christensen
Another thing : I would like to have a button "save" which would only save the document rather than being ejected of the form each time I save my request form.
Until now, if I save my request form I have to close my form then re-enter, this is not super user-friendly...
Great post, Amandine 👌 I wanted to point you in the direction to some existing requests people have made about these ideas (you're not alone!) so we can keep some requests in the same place for the Product Team. If you could up-vote them too, please!
This one from Joe - Duplicate pages when creating a request form
This one from Bailey is pretty specific to her forms, but there's a workaround that might work for you too - Conditional Follow-up Questions
About auto-saving request form is a very popular one and our Product Team is monitoring this post - Request form - auto-save
@Niels thanks for your input and vote here.
Any questions, let me know 🙂
We would like to see forms NOT include automatic contact information fields that can only be shown in the description on a task. We need to capture the requestor's name and email address in custom fields for reporting purposes, and right now, we are having to manually fill that information in on the custom fields, because to add it to the form would be asking the requestor to give their name and email address twice.
Would like to see a way to connect the contact information to custom fields instead of the description area of a task.
Thanks!
I think it would also be useful to be able to move pages to specific position (move to page 8) under of having move up and down.
For example, that would make it easier to add one page and move to page 5, when you have a 30 or so pages form.
Is it possible to duplicate a request form rather than starting from scratch?
@Sara Hey, sure, please right-click on the Request Form you'd like to duplicate:
