This is an interesting idea Rob, thanks for sharing. I think I understand some applicable reasons why you would want this feature, however, it would be great to hear a use-case from you so our Product Team can understand how this enhancement might be used.

I would like to create my own Kanban board for personal task workflow. If everyone did that or every team did that, the public Workflows would get very cluttered.

Currently any workflow is visible across the whole of our company, I would like to be able to choose who see's a given workflow via permissions. That way I could have personal workflows, team workflows and organisation workflows.
Yes, you're totally right, it will be visible across the entire company as it'll be available to everyone so now I better understand that part of the request, thank you.
You could create a Custom Workflow for your specific team to use. We do that here in Wrike, for example, we have a 'Community Workflow', with specific Statuses that make sense to our work and let's other teams know that this Workflow is for our particular team/type of work.
I understand your concerns about everyone having these workflows and cluttering the Workflow options however it may be an option that can work well if the Workflows naming convention is done well and managed by an Admin.

I would like to request that this is revisited, @Stephen. I use my Wrike personal space and made a simple "to do", "doing", "done" workflow, but I don't need the entire organization to see this as an option. They already have enough to sort through as we have hundreds of projects per quarter.
Just like in many other places in Wrike, it would be great if I could click the top right-hand corner and determine who to share the workflow with.
I also think this would be super useful for those of us that use Wrike for our own personal things as well as company wide projects

I recently inquired about this as we use Wrike across multiple business units that need different workflow. For instance, our Creative Services team has one workflow whilst our Group Marketing department has a mother. It would be great to be able to assign a workflow to either their group or space so that this isn't a manual instance on every task they need.
