Develop your plan prior to developing your space
When beginning to work in Wrike, I first began to create a space right away. This lead to a number of headaches later when we began to implement things like custom fields, or adjust how forms work. By taking the time to visualize what the output is first we were able to streamline our production properly.

Totally agree Ben Orcutt! Also recommend to take the time to work out naming conventions for projects so you can have those set up properly from the beginning. This is especially important when you have multiple teams using the space.
