My team just started using Wrike two months ago. We are also integrating HubSpot at the same time and looking to add on the Sales Hub in Hubspot for our sales team. Is anyone using Wrike and HubSpot integration and have best practices or ways it can be useful to integrate the two? How do you teams work? Looking for all the advice, resources, and lessons learned. Thank you!

Hi Alyssa Miles,
I know there is an integration ready to use for Hubspot and Wrike: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/wrike-1037161

I've created a some new integrations for my customer who use HubSpot and Wrike:

  • When a Deal is Closed Won - Create a project in Wrike (then my customer needs to fill out all necessary custom fields, define blueprint and change status -> then automatically Wrike Integrate takes data and create a project based on selected blueprint)
  • When a specific custom item type is completed in Wrike, take info in Wrike and update a property in HubSpot Deal

 

If you need something in particular I'm glad to help you. I'm pretty confident in API and Integrations for both saas systems
