SPACE COMMUNICATIONS
It would be awesome if there was an easy way to communicate to all members in a Space without having to @ mention them. We have an Engineering Project Space and there are over 48 members. In order to communicate to the entire space, one would have to @ mention everyone. It would be efficient if we were able to have a way to communicate within the space, without having to re-key individual names.
Hi Megan O'Malley
I recommend creating user groups. You can use those groups for sharing ressources (like a space) and also for @mentioning.

Hi! We have a lot of members in our spaces, too, and we've created user groups (you have to ask your account admins if you aren't an admin) and then you can @ mention the group (i.e. @ marketing team, or @ engineering team).
Agreed. I have had to go outside of Wrike and set up a dedicated channel in Teams for this type of communication. It would be nice to have a more streamlined experience. Good suggestion!
You can create a group in your user settings area. Then you just @mention the group.
A workaround for this might be to create a group in the Settings section under Users. Looks like we can @mention groups!
An admin can create a "group" of the people and then @metion the group name instead. It's super quick and easy. For example: We have a group with three people called Operations, if any user wants to let us know something they @operations and we all get notified.
