[Interviews] Project Baselines & Variance Analysis
Hi everyone! 👋
This is Maria, a Product Manager at Wrike.
We know that keeping projects on track is a core part of your work, and we are currently exploring ways to improve how you monitor Project Baselines in Wrike.
The goal of this initiative is to help you better visualize the "health" of your projects by comparing your original plan against your actual execution. We want to make it easier for you to spot slippage or delays before they become critical issues.
Before we move forward with our concepts, we'd love to understand your workflows better. We're organizing a few 45-minute feedback sessions where you'll be able to:
-
Share your specific needs regarding baseline tracking and how you measure project variance.
-
Take a peek at the approach we are considering and let us know if it solves your pain points.
-
Provide feedback that will directly influence how we build these analytics capabilities.
Whether you currently track project deviations or are simply looking for a better way to report on planned vs. actual progress, we want to talk to you!
👉 You can pick a time that works best for you here.
Thanks in advance for helping us shape this feature, I'm looking forward to the discussions!
