If It’s Red, It’s a Problem 🚨
I use conditional formatting so I can spot issues at a glance:
🔴 Red = Something’s late or at risk: fix it ASAP.
🟡 Yellow = Needs attention, but not a crisis (yet).
🟢 Green = All good, keep rolling!
