Dear iPhone-users, I need your help
ВыделеноAs an Android user, I am honestly quite lost when my co-workers are asking me for advice on certain things that are related to the Wrike app for iPhone/IOS.
So I'm reaching out to the community. Are there any of you who have experience with how to delay notifications outside of work hours? E.g. if someone is getting a notification from Wrike outside work hours, it will instead show up when the next working hour schedule starts.
This function is available in the app itself on Android, but there are also multiple apps that you can set up in addition to this to help solve this issue for Android.
So is there anyone that has figured out a solution to this for iPhone/IOS?
Hi Thomas Won Nyheim, thank you for creating this post! Is this the information you're looking for? Or you're more interested in other Community members sharing their experience with these settings? 🙂
This function seems to be the DND function or similar for iPhone, it pretty much suppresses the notifications. However we are looking into being able to delay them such as we can in the android app (see screenshot) or batch them (same as delayed notif) through a app such as BuzzKill (see screenshot).

Also yes, focus-mode or DND would be a last resort, but it's quite tedious to set up for something that doesn't really fit the entire use case as we are now losing notifications
Hi!
There's a setting in iPhone called "Focus" that allows you to create custom "do not disturb" options and schedules. If you wanted to not receive any alerts from Wrike (or other work-related app) outside of work hours, you would set up something like this:
Thank you Sarah Dungey I appreciate the feedback, I will have my colleagues look into this and see if it's a viable option for them. But I'm pretty sure they're already aware of this and the main issue is that they are not getting notified of the "missed/supressed" notifications when the focus time ends
