How to add days to dates

Hello!

I need two assists!

The goal is to know, through a pre-filled desired delivery date and the effort hours (converted to days) for development, if it is possible to achieve a certain date or not.

To do this, I thought about performing two calculations, namely:

  1. Subtract a certain number of days from a date, for example: The target date is (30/04/2024) and I need to subtract 10 days, so the deadline to start development is 20/03/2024.

  2. Check if the reached deadline is greater or less than the current day.

I imagine that once I manage to obtain the desired date from item 1, I can calculate it with DDIFF (explained in https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/8237931614487--From-Wrike-Using-the-NOW-function-to-reference-today), but I don't know how to reach the first calculation in the formulas, could someone help me?
