Getting Error when hitting /access_roles endpoint WITH scopes enabled

Hello! I'm currently trying to access the /v4/access_roles endpoint but am being met with this error:

{
  "errorDescription": "Operation is not allowed due insufficient user rights or account license limitations",
  "error": "not_allowed"
}

I've made sure the

amReadOnlyAccessRole

scope is enabled so not sure why this error is occurring. Is this a plan limitation?

Lisa could I possibly get some customer support on this blocking issue?

Hi Juan! We're currently building out functionality for a customer that has an enterprise account but we currently don't have access to their account. Would it be possible to get a sample API response from this endpoint?

I know there's an example payload on https://developers.wrike.com/api/v4/access-roles/

{"kind":"accessRoles","data":[{"id":"IEAQB5KBND777777","title":"Full","description":"Can edit"},{"id":"IEAQB5KBND777776","title":"Editor","description":"Can edit, but can't share or delete"},{"id":"IEAQB5KBND777775","title":"Limited","description":"Can comment, change statuses, attach files, and start approvals"}]}

I know there are custom roles as well but just wanted to confirm that there are only 3 standard user roles in Wrike?

I also noticed for User Types, https://developers.wrike.com/api/v4/user-types/, there are 3 types of users

{"kind":"userTypes","data":[{"id":"IEAQB5KBNH777777","title":"Owner","description":"Owner"},{"id":"IEAQB5KBNH777776","title":"Admin","description":"Admin"},{"id":"IEAQB5KBNH777775","title":"Regular User","description":"Regular User"}]}

but in the User API sample response the user type is "Person" which isn't explained or provided in the User Types example response

{"kind":"users","data":[{"id":"KUAAAAAD","firstName":"Test","lastName":"User","type":"Person","profiles":[{"accountId":"IEAQB5KB","email":"nz9q591z45@8pxkcksjze.com","role":"User","external":false,"admin":false,"owner":true}],"avatarUrl":"https://www.wrike.com/avatars//D7/A2/Box_ffffff00_84-84_v1.png","timezone":"Europe/Moscow","locale":"en","deleted":false,"me":true,"phone":"+7 904-651-3514","primaryEmail":"nz9q591z45@8pxkcksjze.com"}]}

is this expected? or are there more than 3 types of users?
