LightSpeed new processes
I'm hoping to find out a few things that have changed that we are having trouble finding solutions /new Lightspeed way to access what we did before. Hoping the community can help as I'm not finding answers in my searches.
1) We use to be able to click in our Calendar view to add a Task to a day. A few of us have been looking at this and can't seem to find the new way to do this. We have tried left clicking which was how we accessed before and the comes up with a different drop down - no way to add Task. When we click the "+" in right corner it will come up with way to add a Task but only to our Personal Calendar not the Calendar we are in. We are not seeing a way to add or select different calendar.
2) Our automatic Triggers seem to have changed as well. We had them set to advance the Status on Successors Task to "Available to Start" once we changed the Predecessors Task to "Completed" status. Now when Predecessors Task is moved to "Final Sign Off" it is triggering the Successors Task to update Status to "Available to Start". We have checked our automations and workflows and can't seem to see why the change is now happening. We are wondering if the new box that shows in Status (automatically moves to Complete directly instead of going through our normal sign off process) is the issue causing this. I've found that if you click on Status or mouse over Status, it has checked the box even though I wasn't near the box. Not sure this is the issue as I've check the Updates section and am not seeing the status change to Complete there. Anyone else having issues like this? Do we know if we can remove the checkbox on the Status so we can ensure our sign off process doesn't get bypassed?
3) We use to be able to see the Progress % within our Project and sub projects, but now it only shows on main project view. I've tried to click on the ... where I could Enable Progress before but that has changed. Anyone know how to get this activated within the project or on the Header of the project at least?
4) Dashboard Views - I'm hearing that these are not refreshing automatically for everyone. They have to refresh their screen when they come into Wrike for the day. Should these not automatically refresh when they are clicked on/opened? Was told this just started as an issue recently.
