I took the course - I will say it was very helpful in learning to navigate the Wrike Analyze system and in building many of the widgets that we use in our reports. If your people are familiar with Power BI, they will probably learn to navigate Wrike Analyze pretty quickly but if they are really fresh with analytics tools - the course will be very helpful. It can be very intimidating to dive into that tool if you don't quite know what you are looking at.

Kelly Hanson - None of my people are data-driven so we need all the help we can get. I am not familiar with Power BI. Thank you for sharing your experience. After you took it, do you feel like your analytic boards have improved a lot?

I would recommend it then - it was really helpful for me to get more comfortable in the tool. There are two of us in my organization who went through the class and are responsible for most of the analytics boards but we're also a resource for our team as well if they want to set up a board and have questions.

I do feel like my analytic boards improved a lot and it helped empower me to dig in a bit further too and feel like if I did have questions about more complicated widgets, I spoke the right language to ask for what I needed.

I enjoyed it! I actually took a few screen shots as notes to remind myself how I do a particular graph or formula.

The course is good. it even has the option to defer through Wrike Basics if you're a complete Newbie to the system like I was. However, I'd think you'd get more out of it if you go into it knowing the basics of Wrike already and have an idea of what kind of reports / analytics you're after for your company/team.

You probably don't need everyone on your team to take the course as it's focused on an admin level access. I'd only send those who would be responsible to set-up the reports for your team.

Wrike analyze can be a very powerful tool, but like any reporting system, it'll be dependent on setting your folders, tasks, workflow structures up in a way that make sense for you to pull data to report on, and your team properly and accurately using and filling out those tasks and fields.

I took the course and got the certification, but what increased my skills and knowledge were the hours of training directly with Wrike.

I haven't yet completed the course (contemplating to do so) but just from what I've learned from studying other articles and completing the 502 Advanced Reporting and BI (Wrike analyze) for free in the Discover platform, I've determined that we probably need to look at how we've decided to structure our projects in Wrike and reconsider how to structure it to better match Analyze. 
Had I let everyone else loose before realizing this myself, I think it would have left people very confused.

I would recommend that maybe you start by taking the 502 Advanced Reporting and BI (Wrike analyze) (took me little under 30min. to complete) simply just to identify if your structure in Wrike will be an obstacle to the validity/views/filters etc. in Analyze :) 

I highly agree with Tyler Buono - we're planning on keeping the Analyze building-processes on an admin level to secure the validity, but have everyone be able to check in on the boards to get the benefits of having access to the data :)
