Stay as task, avoid automatically milestone convert

We use custom elements für for handling the invoices. The user work with a table. They are not opening the element to save time. They name the task and type in the due date. Thats all the do. But Wrike automatically convert it to a milestone, becauce it have only a due date. But it is still a task!

How could I avoid this? Am I able to set the duration always on 1day. That the start due date is the same than the start date. The user handle many invoices, and we want to safe the time to define a unnecessary step. Especially because it could also be forgotten.

Hi Marco Nipkow,

if you add only start date it automatically full the due date (same of the start) and duration (1d).

We have the same problem. No task should automatically be marked as a milestone (that would always be manually done). Because of the way we use calendar view, we don't want a ton of projects with date ranges (just need the due date). Is there any way to get around this?

Sandie Hancock I work with the tip from Pietro Poli. All my simple tasks have one day duration and we only work with the start date. This works fine, because the due date is the same as the start date. So you only have to work with one date. The start date.
