File radio buttons - tiny but mighty suggestions

Hey Wrike! :)

So the little radio buttons to the left of the file names only appear when you hover over them, causing new users to always be so confused about how to upload versions, create reviews etc. If they were always on it would be so much more intuitive and easy to find. 

This is the third team I deploy Wrike with, and the same pain point across all teams.
