Which type of account I have
I am trying to figure out why I don't have access to custom workflows-- I am an admin on our account, but there is no workflow tab in our account settings.
Does this have to do with our account type?

I can see our Support Team have helped with this. If there's anything we can do from here let me know.
For anyone curious about Carly's post; Custom Status and Workflows are available on Business and Enterprise account types.
