Is there a status page for Wrike's service?

Things have been very slow lately (at times last week and this AM). Basic functionality (updates to task status, duplication of tasks, etc.) requires several seconds to "take." One is unsure that the change was made at all until several seconds.

Is there a place where we can view the status of Wrike as a service?

Hey, I'm having the same issues and am looking for a status page also.  At least I'm not the only one having issues...wondering if it was just me :)

Having the same issue: things here are incredibly slow today, you can't image; it doesn't take seconds, it takes more than 5 minutes to make a task, update tasks, etc. Is there anything wrong with the service?

 

+ it keeps on showing the green status loading bar at the bottom: endlessly repeating itself, if you're lucky after several times refreshing or opening a new tab, the change has been made, but most of the times it hasn't. Only just started experiencing these problems today though, so supposedly something's off with the service/connection.

we are affected by performance issues aswell... sure they are working on it.

I just signed up for a trial, and am glad to hear this is an anomaly (hopefully?) I have been testing out some functionality and the dates of the tasks I'm creating aren't 'sticking'.. very frustrating

I've also been experiencing this issue.  There are a lot of delays as well as filter's not working correctly.  I try to limit it to "active" tasks but it still just shows me all of my tasks.

After putting things in folders it throws tasks back into the old folders, I can't organize my tasks.

Hi! I am experiencing the same issues as above: can't switch tasks to complete or in progress, can't move projects into the archive, can't duplicate templates, etc.

Same. I can't assign tasks to a user or create new tasks.

I am unable to click on newly created tasks. I haven't run into any other problems yet. I tried in incognito mode as well. Please create a support ticket for me. Thanks!

Hi everyone, just a quick update: as of right now, our engineering team is working on identifying the cause of the problem and will release a fix as soon as they are able to.  

In the meantime, we're creating Support tickets for anyone who asks for them and we'll also update this thread as we get updates.

We are experiencing this issue as well - our tasks, due dates, folders and users shared are not saving as we need them to. I have submitted a ticket but am joining this page to be kept up-to-date on any resolutions.

We seem to still be having issues this morning with slowness and also jobs not showing on board views (we hvae no filters on, and they show up in the list view)

Since yesterday, i experience weird behaviors from Wrike, it does not keep my newly created tasks, nor does it let me update the other ones. Today, it is totally unusable and I get sometimes a 504 error.

Is there a way to tell your users the service is down along with an ETA to fix it?
