[Backburner ⌛️] Ability to print reports without exporting to Excel

Hi Romain, this hasn't been abandoned, it's something that the team does want to do and is working on getting added to the roadmap. Things are headed in the right direction, I just don't have a date to share at the moment. 

I also find the inability of easily printing reports extremely annoying and is a keep road-blocker in rolling WRIKE out further. Are you actively working or still "collecting and forwarding"?

It seems like such an easy fix and a common feature to almost any web page out there.  I'm not understanding what the hold up is.

I also would love to have a way to export our reports without having active links to the projects. We want to share this report with stakeholders and have no clickable links to Wrike. Thanks! Vanessa 

Implementing that feature cant take a whole year. The whole rest of the system was coded in a year. My colleagues always ask me how they can print a report. Answering with the same answer over and over again is no fun. However, it has at least one advantage: The ecological aspect! We save a lot of paper. However, this is at least not a bug. Im not starting a discussion about the analytics and the tasks digest features, where you really have to invest some hours to get this right.

@Deidra This has been added to the roadmap, but we don't have an exact timeframe yet (it's not on the very short-term roadmap). 

@Stephanie thank you for letting us know where this is at!  As much as I love manually editing/printing copies of reports for our company 😉 we really look forward to this enhancement!

I have found a way to print the reports, but for some reason when I try to print my "collapsed" reports, it cuts off the first letter of the title of each report line as shown below:

Is there a way to change this? Please let me know as this would be huge for us.

Hi Sage, it looks like this is caused by the print option, have you tried changing it to landscape perhaps?

It would be great to hear how you're getting to printable option? Are you taking a screenshot of the report or printing from the browser? Thanks😊

Add me to the list as well.  In fact, my report mimics what I can do in the table with a couple of click, but you also can not print from the Table view.  THe other views has a print option, why not tables?

I was pretty shocked that this isn't a feature. Would love to see this implemented.

One workaround I found was to print from the snapshot (webpage) and then the items that are cutoff and didn't print, I highlight and then Print from selection. Not the ideal situation but a workaround to keep the Wrike formatting and look of the report without having to open in Excel.

Thanks.  This will work for now.  I was also exporting to excel and then printing.  This is really all we need from Wrike.  Just print directly from Reports view.

You should add the ability to print the reports using the same method used for being able to print a task - under the three dots in the upper right corner the 'more' menu. You already have the print option in the tasks just not in reports. 

Frankly this is not something one should have to go install a browser extension for. Given that reporting is a huge feature for Wrike, and printing is a basic necessity, this fix should be bumped up to the top of your backlog pronto. This is not a 'nice to have' this is a must.

This has been a request for almost a year now. Is this actually being worked on? Having to export and reformat every time I need a report printed is frustrating.

Adding our name to the list of people looking for this functionality.  I'm just getting my team on board with WRIKE because of the ability to add tasks fields and to report by them (great for Strategic Objectives!)  Unfortunately, if the printing of reports is not intuitive they may quickly lose enthusiasm...

My team would really benefit for being able to print reports from the snapshot. Currently when you open a snapshot in your browser you're dealing with the browser's printing options so it's just showing the one page rather then the whole report. This would be great to be able to share with our clients. Downloading and then reformatting takes a lot of time. 

We would love this functionality as well! It is something that I am asked for a lot by my team as we roll Wrike out!

You can't just hit print on a table nor a report. What a mess about you have to go through to get a printed copy to goto meetings with and then get everyone else to to it too. What a joke, Have you ever tried to get a group of people to print from a browser with all of them complaining at you because half the report is missing as is won't scale correctly. Why is it so hard, there is a print button on other things like print a task. It was embarrassing to find that wrike lacks very basic functions like print any view you need to. 

@darren I have been waiting for this for over a year. The first request on this was June 2017. This is ridiculous and as you stated, this should be something that gets fixed prior to updates like new dashboard views, etc.They're prioritizing the 'cool' features over the needed features.
