Please add a print option on the table view for collaborators

Hi Sam, thanks for sharing your idea here! The Table View doesn't have a print option for any license types, but it does allow exporting to Excel for those who would like to print the view. Since Collaborators don't have the permission set for exporting data, you're right about it not being possible to print the data from Table View. If this is something you or others on your team need, I'd advise checking in about your license type and available permissions with an account admin. Let me know if you have any questions about this!

That might be very nice, as well as the possibility to show the description of each task when printed or maybe in this view.

Thanks. I am a collaborator and it would be more convenient to be able to print rather than exporting and having to have to mess with a file every time it's updated. I was told by one of your chat representatives to make the suggestion and maybe you guys can add in a print feature in your next update.

The table view provides for a much more visually friendly display of tasks, rather than the excel export version.  It maintains the level of hierarchy set.   While excel can be manipulated it would be really great to have the ability to print the table view.  We are surprised this feature is not already available, and disappointed....

Kelly, thank you for posting your thoughts about this here! I understand how a ready to print view could be useful for certain cases, and I appreciate the feedback - comments and votes here help draw our Product Team's attention to requests.

One more for PRINT option of the table view!

I'm literally just starting to use Wrike as per today - and one of my goals is: I need to print the list of tasks for my floor team - and the table view would be perfect...but it's not possible...It's pretty much a deal breaker...

I agree with Sam and Kelly above - exporting to xls is possible but it's time consuming and requires additional editing of the file to make it viewer-friendly. 

I am still surprised that there isn't a print function available in wrike. At the very least, being able to share a snapshot of the table view would be helpful. 

I left wrike several years ago for this very reason. I'm now here re-trialling and flabbergasted that you still cannot print table view. 😤

However the default view for reporting (tasks) appears to mirror table view!! 😀

Yes, Im definitely not interested in export/output. THats the whole point of wrike...automation. All points above are valid...especially descriptions too. We have a number of people on the team, long time managers and the table view simply works...thats the analog for most of the business/meeting world. 

The point of it all is BA, anything less is not acceptable...especially when its actually already quite usable...just not shareable

Tim's workaround helped, but in the report view I can't add the special column I added in the table to give non-members an overview status.

I voted up the print table option.

Please add Print to Table.

The export to excel does not export the workflow color coding.  Which means I need to do more work to add conditional formatting

... the export to Excel might be nice for some data analysis / pivot tables.   But the data visualization and data integrity is lacking.  Status came through as a default status and not the custom workflow status that we built.  Not very useful.

The export xls option is NOT a substitute for being able to print the table view. It's virtually impossible to read and would require significant manipulation to turn into something readable. There needs to an option to print the view that is available on screen. 

This is also an issue in the List view. The digital view is very clean and clear but the print option is cluttered. I've been using print screen as a workaround but it's not very efficient. 

I don't care about printing at all but my boss does and he's the one who ultimately decides whether we maintain our subscription!
