Folder Tree Font Size TOO small now

Your new release of Navigation Redesign feature has made the font size for all the folders names in my Folder Tree too small. It is hard for me to see the new size folder names at a quick glance. You have to keep in mind that your audience are not all 20 years old with good eyes! (And don't tell me to zoom in on my browser, like your customer service person told me, that doesn't allow me to see my whole dashboard then.)

Can you make the font size adjustable! Please.

Dana, thank you for sharing your feedback here! We're always open to hearing your thoughts and concerns about new functionality and updates, and I appreciate the time you took to write this up to share it with the Community. I understand that using the browser zoom toggle isn't always a solution, so thank you for mentioning that along with the point about Dashboards, this is useful to know. Our Product Team regularly monitors all the feedback posted here, and this is something I'll make sure to point out, thank you again for submitting your feedback!

I want to echo what Dana has brought up. Are all of your designers and in-house users under 25? Why did you make the text so small? I suspect you also changed the font.

Where before Wrike was easy to work in all day long, now it is so hard on my eyes that I have to continually take breaks. White text on a dark background is the most difficult to read. Some fonts make this worse.

This fad of graying out some text so it is harder to read makes it worse. I left this feedback in another place. I gave the redesign some time, hoping I would get used to it. But it is just so much more painful to use now than it was.

Take typing in this comment box as an example. Why should this text be so tiny? I can read it, but it strains my eyes to do so. Wrike should not want their users to have to start using glasses because of their redesign.

Also, words breaking in half in comments here is annoying. They should be able to fix that.

Gail, thank you for sharing your feedback here and in another post! Our UX Team works with user teams to gather feedback prior to rolling updates out to make sure that they're based on actual user experiences, but we always do keep in mind that there are other views and thoughts for us to consider after official releases too. That said, we always value the feedback and concerns you share here, and I've made a note of what you've outlined for the UX Team.

In regards to your last point, are you referring to the comments section on the Community? This functionality is developed by Zendesk, the platform we use for hosting our Community, but I'll be happy to reach out to them if there are any issues with this section. Could you please clarify where you notice the words breaking in half? Looking forward to hearing from you!

I would also like to second what Dana brought up about font size. Especially in the timeline view, the font size is very small, and even when you zoom in (which isn't a great option because then you can't see all your tasks) it seems to remain the same size. It'd be great if text size was adjustable!

Agree, font needs to be adjustable especially in timeline view - often using this view to clarify dependencies with stakeholders, so legibility needs to be better, or user adjustable.

I Am having a lot of difficulty seeing the type in the project tree on the left, I even got another pair of glasses to see the screen better and its not working for Wrike, I am not 20 and cannot see this well, its very hard on the eyes, if I could I would NOT use Wrike for this reason. and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, while the organization is good. the pain and blurry vision is not worth it
