More keyboard shortcuts

It would be great if there were keyboard shortcuts for all commonly used functions. As of now, the shortcuts are limited, so it's not possible to leave the mouse alone.

Some features that would be great to see shortcuted:

  • Add task to Folder/Project
  • Go to Folder
  • Go to My Work
  • Toggle the My Work designation between Today, This Week, Next Week, Later

Wayne Smith is right about Trello. I used to use it, and my whole CS and IT departments still do. I'm trying to bring them over. I did a demo and their Director is confident that Wrike will let the teams replicate their Trello workflow AND will add functionality, but the lack of shortcuts remains a deal breaker for them. We need these urgently. I'd love any info from the Wrike team about what they have in the works.

I agree adding what was originally requested would be great. I also see a couple of these were implemented already. I specifically wonder if there is the possibility of adding some functionality for custom shortcuts. or some ability to assign shortcuts to custom statuses?

For example, there is a shortcut to mark complete but it would be nice if we could also mark as "assigned" or "In progress" as well with a key command as well.

I would like a keyboard shortcut in My Work for Move to Later. Using the mouse is way too slow when you have a lot of items in Incoming. Failing that, even if you just got rid of the dropdown menu off 'Move to' and instead just displayed the links/icons for Move to Today Move to Later, the same way Hide is displayed, then with the mouse it would be possible to process items more quickly.

@James Hi! All of our existing keyboard shortcuts are on our help page, but were you looking for a specific type of shortcut? For example, to create a subtask?

Hello, when I create task, first what I want to add - decription (till it fresh in memory). And will be nice, if after entering name of task I can push TAB and move to description editing. Now pressing Enter = New task and pressing TAB = exit to tasklist

The Upgrade List View looks great and is due to replace old interface soon. However Wrike seems to have decided to drop supporting the already implemented keyboard shortcuts https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/210322725-Keyboard-Shortcuts - e.g. moving task up or down or to the top. So it looks like the hope for more and better shortcuts is dashed, or does anyone have more insight into the future of keyboard shortcuts for Wrike

One shortcut I can absolutely not live without (and which is a dealbreaker for the wrike app for me - gonna keep using it in the browser) is the option to close the current tab but keep the wrike window open (and jump to another tab).

on mac I can use "cmd"+"w" to close the current browser tab (but chrome stays open - it just closes the active tab but not the rest)
If I use "cmd"+"w" in a tab in the wrike app, the whole app window closes even if I have multiple tabs open.

I would love to see a shortcut to work the same way they work in chrome.

(and while we are at it, "cmd"+"t" would be great as well to open a new tab)

on mac command+shift+d coincides with chromme shortcut key for "bookmark all tabs". So pressing this short cut I would open two dialog boxes: yours and chrome.

Also - any news about shortcuts for being able to quickly prioritize my work: today, this week, next? This is a recurring task every day and a bit annoying having to do mouse work.

Another related bug (I assume), is that when you move a task from today to later, this week or next week, the view of the list automatically follows the task down to the section you have put it in even though you want to continue to get rid of stuff that has automatically ended up in today. Now you have to click on today every time you want to go back. If you have a lot of small tasks in today, that is a lot of clicking.
