Backup & Restore

Can anyone explain the benefit of having a Wrike backup if it can't be restored or rolled back?

I think this is critical feature for many businesses/users.

Hi Ariel Yurman, some companies might back up due to various concerns. Do you have any current issues you're facing?

Hi Ariel,

I also found it odd that Wrike has that option but doesn't have any means to use it. I had asked that question when we were in talks of merging our instance with another teams Wrike account. Question was: will you backup our instances prior to the merge just in case if "things hit the fan" then we can restore our instances separately? I had multiple support technicians tell me no and if things got messy/unorganized then it was up to us, the customer, to fix it. When I asked why there was the backup button in Settings they could not give me a straight answer.

What's the point of backing up our instance when we cannot use it?
