Folllowing List for Post: Count the number of overdue tasks in reports

Hi MB, you can create a custom report selecting all the spaces/folders/projects as a data source from where you'd like to see the tasks. You can choose to group them by assignee or status, and filter by "Overdue". Please let me know if this helps.
Hello Cansu,
Thanks for the reply. The case is a bit different but I have not made it clear from the very begining. We have projects with subprojects. We need to report on the project level to indicate how many overdue tasks are inside the project.
We do not need the exact tasks which are overdue but to count them in the report.
Hi MB, thank you for clarifying. Using our regular Reporting feature, you can create again a custom report and see for each project line the number of overdue tasks in a project or folder. If you don't want to see any tasks from folders I suggest choosing the data source only the projects you'd like to see.
If you'd like to achieve more granular reporting I can suggest looking at building Analytics Reports with Wrike Analyze. Please let me know if you have any questions
Of course Wrike Analyze would be a solution but unfortunatelly we are on Business plan. This is not exactly what I needed as I wanted to prepare one report on projects progress with all this information as a weekly review. In this case we have to make few reports just to show all the data needed.
Nevertheless thanks for the answer!
