Applying Bill Rates to a space

It would be great to have rate cards that could be applied to all projects in a space. 

Currently, we have different bill rates per client. Some clients have blended bill rates where all users are billed the same, and some have varying bill rates per user. 

Our current set up means we have to create blueprints for every type of project we do per client so that we can assign different bill rates. We have roughly 5 types of projects we do, and 30 clients, so this would mean managing over 150 blueprints. This is an admin nightmare for two reasons: 

1. If we need to change any of the blueprints it needs to be changed for every client individually

2. When a new staff member joins they need to be added to every blueprint separately

This also renders the finance feature in Wrike useless for us, as when a new user joins they are not added to current live projects, so their hours are billed as 0 (Unless it's updated manually). 

It would be great to have a Rate Card that could be applied to a space. Every project in a space inherits the Rate Card bill rates, and when a new user joins we just need to add them to the Space Rate Card rather than every blueprint and live project.
