Adding prefix on request form with multiple template options

Hi All,

I've looked around and can't seem to find an answer to this. I am creating a request form that has a dropdown menu to select a campaign. Each campaign has its own blueprint. Is there any way that a prefix can be added when the project is created?

It seems the only way you can have a prefix added from a request form is if the form itself is duplicating the blueprint. That would mean I would have to build a different request form for each kind of campaign in order to get a prefix. That doesn't seem very useful. Is there something I am missing here?
