Request forms not allowing the data duration

Hello! I'd like to know if it is possible to, through Request Form, set the duration of a task. I tried to do it but I failed.
Exemple: When I fill the request we have, a new task is created. This task is coming with the duration of one day. And what I need is that this task gets created with, for exemple, the duration of 5 days.

What have I tried:
- Set the blueprint task with the duration alone. (Didn't work)

- Set the blueprint with the duration choosing the days. (Didn't work too)

I hope my explanation was a decent one, thanks in advance!  🙂

Our team do lots of this requesting every week. To add the data box for them to put the expiration date would by very unproductive. (In my opinion the obligation to put the date box to insert the start date is already inproductive. We should have the option to select today automatically). The ideal process would be for me to define on the blueprint task the duration time, and when the task gets created through request form the blueprint task's duration would, automatically, be deffined on the new task.
