Drag and drop statuses across categories in custom workflows
When editing custom workflows, you can drag and drop statuses within the same category (active, completed, deferred, cancelled). However, you cannot drag and drop a status from one category to another. Can this functionality be added? Thanks!

I'm very surprised this doesn't have more upvotes. I filed a ticket as was referred to this post.
This is a very broken feature. If we already have a workflow that is being used by many issues, and we want to make a change, creating/deleting statuses is massively disruptive (unless there is some workaround I don't know about).
In addition to this problem, you also cannot move the top status in the Active group at all. So you better hope you choose wisely! Otherwise, for the rest of time, you will never be able to change the default status that all new tickets get - at least not without modifying a status and impacting every issue in your organization that already has that status.
