[Status: Not planned] Project Progress
When new requests are submitted using a request form, project progress is not automatically enabled for these requests, even if the blueprint has it enabled. If this is enabled in the blue print can the project progress automatically be enabled for new requests that get entered via the request form.

Hi Hugh,
It seems crazy to me that all other parts of the blueprint get copied over but the project progress does not get enabled. This is the same with duplicating an existing project - what is the reasoning behind this?
It would be great to automate as manually changing for for my team for each project is becoming a pain in the a** when they forget.
Thanks
Oli
Hi Oliver Barrass,
Thank you for sharing your feedback! The reason why project progress is not enabled is that it is currently not supported in the duplication process, along with approvals, followers, and other features. If there are any updates in relation to this suggestion, I'll be sure to let you know.
This feature would be tremendously helpful to be on by default for ALL projects, both in live and created from blueprints. The at a glance project progress is a useful tool to display in dashboards when monitoring a list of active projects.
Thank you for sharing this feedback, Jef Spencer! I don't have an update about this suggestion at the moment; if there is any new information available, I'll be sure to keep you posted.
If you need anything else, let me know.
Project progress is very important to us too. Having to manually enable it for every new deliverable is cumbersome.
Thank you for sharing your feedback here Nils Troll! Please make sure to upvote Austeja's post above if you haven't already 👍

It's hard to believe that this functionality has not been added after over a year. It's great for seeing where your project/campaign is at in a glance in your dashboard without having to dive into the tasks to make sure everything is on time. This just creates an extra step for creating projects. I've upvoted this, but I'll talk to my account rep as well.
Hello Samuel DTO 7.5-7.16 Kingsley, thank you for posting and sharing your feedback.
Your suggestions are with the team and we'll be updating the thread if there are any changes in our roadmap that include the implementation of this idea. We're always happy to discuss how to meet your needs so please do let me know if I can help with anything else.
Since we are working with a lot of projects in our organisation, it is a pain to manually having to click show project health on each project. This would solve a lot if it can be added in either the blueprint or just a button in the space or overall. The project health gives a great overview of how all the projects are progressing.
Thank you Pieter Koens, for sharing your feedback here 🙋🏻♀️
I'm in the process of creating 480 all new Wrike projects from blueprints. Once again, I'm daunted by the insane workload of going through every single one of those projects in order to manually enable Project Progress & Project Health. We track the overall situation of projects using dashboards with columns showing progress percentage ranges (e.g. 0%, 1-20%, 21-40%, etc), so the Project Progress setting of Completed tasks is crucial. While we can check the Project Progress & Project Health in blueprints, they are not activated when actually creating a project based on the blueprint. Both Project Progress & Project Health must be manually enabled after creating the projects. I know about the instruction to enable Project Progress for all projects in a space in table view (via the Progress column header), but that's a one-shot action for already existing projects, and it turns on the (in our case unwanted) progress option "Tasks and duration average". We would need the progress option "Completed tasks". The reason being that half of our projects involve printing and logistics tasks, which have durations of months and thus skew the result of what "Tasks and duration average" displays, so the "Completed tasks" arithmetic is the only usable one in our case. Please include enabling Project Progress & Project Health from blueprints.
Hello Tuomo Suominen, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback and use case, we appreciate it. I've passed it on to our team and if there are any updates in relation to this suggestion we'll be sure to let you know here 👍🏼
community team any feedback on this one? Your first post indicates once this reached 60 upvotes the product team will provide some feedback.
The lack of being able to copy some types of information, such as the project status, really makes the blueprints a bit useless as there's still a fair bit to manually do and leaves the projects open to human error.
Thanks for bumping this thread Dan Cliff! I've checked with the team, and for now, this isn't on their short-term plans due to other priorities. We hope we'll be able to share a bit more about the future releases in the coming months.
Now this suggestion has reached the 60 votes' threshold, we'll be checking for updates regularly and we'll make sure to let you know if we have any updates to share.
