Ability to have a level above Folders/Projects
We are agency that services over 400 clients. The folder/project structure make it extremely difficult from a reporting level. It would be beneficial to be able to establish something as an actual "Client/Customer" and then have the necessary workspaces, folders, projects to service them.
👍 Yes please! This would help us out tremendously, we need to have an easy way to complete out monthly reports for all clients. Our clients rely on reports and so do we.
+1 to this! Would be a great/beneficial update for the platform.
Hi everyone, thanks a lot for your feedback here! 🙂
What about Spaces? You can have an unlimited number of them in your Workspace 👍

Lisa, our Wrike deployment team brought that up as well but the Spaces aren't actually reportable.
Hi CJ Bachmann, sorry for the late reply! Have you considered using a more granular structure, like using projects>subprojects>tasks>subtasks? This is a very interesting topic, I wonder what the deployment team recommended in your case?

Lisa, as mentioned, our clients pay us monthly for monthly deliverables. We do not have a "start" and "end" date from a project perspective other than a website or general task. Our average client is with us for over 3 years. As a matter of fact, 7 out of 10 of our first clients are still with us today. That means we have been working on some accounts for over 10 years. The implementation team left it up to us to choose and we selected folders so that we could have a "client folder" and then house things inside it.
