Andrea,
There isn't a way (that I know of) to export the Gantt chart into a format that opens up looking like a Gantt chart.
If your objective is to share the Gantt with someone you can always share a snapshot of the chart. It's what we do to share project timelines and deliverables with project owners and clients.

Thank you both for this information. Much appreciated.
Printing isn't a suitable solution to this for me I'm afraid. There must be a way of this coming into Excel as a full Gantt rather than just a task list surely?

Hi Lisa. Thanks for the reply. The issue is that I needed to create a document that my client could also have access to update the items that are their responsibility without allowing them access or visibility to our Wrike account.
If this could be successfully exported, I could then edit and share with the client via Google Sheets. This would only need to be exported once but as all of our tasks are in Wrike already, it would be ideal to just run a version of this off from the project and tailor it to what I want the client to see. Instead, I need to replicate every single project task and recreate in another tool.
I'd be glad to hear of any suggestions! Thank you
I could think of 2 solutions:
1 is manual but uses the methodology you're describing-- you could create an excel/google sheets document that ingested the raw data from the Wrike export (in the 3 dots menu on the top right) in one tab, and spit out something more usable in another tab. You then save this document as a template and drop in export data from Wrike as needed. This takes some Excel finesse but it's doable.
2 is to look into external user accounts. They provide very limited views of your workspace, and are designed for use cases like this.
Good luck!
