[Status: Investigating 🕵️] Let collaborators see the dashboard functionality

I would love this as well, but I also realize that Wrike does need to make money.  One issue I have now is with a dashboard, I can organize by priority, but it doesn't look like I can sort by priority in the reports.

This would be a huge plus for our implementation.  But I agree with Jesse, Wrike needs to make money.  Perhaps have a Dashboard-lite for collabs?  Or greatly improve on the Inbox to behave more like Dashboards?

Yes, it would be very helpful to our organisation, for our team to be able to share dashboards with collaborators, so that they can at least view them.  This would allow us to provide good visibility to the other teams in our company that don't need to use Wrike for their work.

Our company also needs to allow collaborators to view dashboards. Please plan to implement this feature.

I second this. We want to use collaborator seats for some freelancers and short-term interns where we don't really want then to have a ton of control but it would be really helpful for them to still be able to view one of our dashboards that combines both task and project widgets. They don't need creation ability, but to be able to view their assignments in a more comprehensive way than the "my to do" would be super beneficial.

I did a quick search here and see a few variations of people asking for this, hopefully we'll have enough votes for it to be considered soon.

I agree with this! Our team currently has a number of regular users who we would prefer were collaborators, but they can't function without our shared dashboards - so we have them as regular users. Unfortunately, now we are at our capacity for licenses. It would be a huge win for our team if collaborators could view dashboards instead.

For me I want callabs to see dashboards so they can see what they are assigned as well as what they need to approve in once place. It is difficult to find what you need to approve (especially if in different spaces) for collabs currently.

My teams would also highly benefit from this. I refer all users to dashboards for easy access and visibility to their assigned tasks. I feel that the collaborators would better understand Wrike if they had dashboard access.

This would also be a very beneficial feature in our use case as well! We have recently started to work with more collaborators in our platform and it is difficult for them to not have the ability to organize their tasks in a dashboard. Would love an update on this!

I completely agree. It is very hard to organize tasks without a dashboard so it seems odd to me collaborators can be assigned tasks without this. The dashboards really help make things efficient so we would love to have this capability as well!

I agree and upvote the above.  Either allow collaborators to use dashboards or improve the "My to do" view.  It's so limited and overwhelming that no one in our organization uses it.  We all use dashboards to get things to look decent.  As it stands, we can't use the collaborator function in Wrike, and a feature that we can't use is a feature that for practical purposes doesn't exist.

Yes! I also would LOVE the ability to generate a public link for dashboards.

Dashboards are the best way to show our teams analytics in a visual way to leadership. But the leadership team doesnt want to have to login to see it, they always forget their passwords. The most efficient way to share these would be simply a public link every quarter.

any plans to see this implemented in the future? We also use a number of collaborators that could benefit from using dashboards to stay on top of projects they are involved in.

Not to sound salty, but the existing "My to-do" view is pretty much unusable in the way it displays information, and the only way we've found for users to efficiently see what they actually have to take action on has been to use custom dashboards. 

Because collaborators can't see the dashboards, they are effectively unable to use Wrike, rendering the Collaborator feature moot for us.  Please allow collaborators to use dashboards so we can actually have collaborators.

Honestly, I use Analytics board rather than a Dashboard, it provides almost same features as a dashboard with the widgets. Collaborator access has Analytics board access, so this should take care of it

Great comments everyone - I made this one back in 2018 before Analyze existed/public links!  However all really helpful:)

Please include me as an upvote for collaborator access to dashboards.
