See the whole account structure for the owner
Hi,
I've been promoted as Account Owner, but I noticed that my colleagues needs to share with me their folder in order for me to see the whole structure. This is not ideal because I'm sure some of them will forget to share them with me.
Could it be possible to make sure that every folder is automatically shared with the owner of the account?
many thx
Hi Amandine,
I am both Admin and Operational on Wrike for our account. and i would love your request, but i personally must need to have the option.
But from my point of view, I must have the choice : i would hate have permanently a full view when i am just in my operational mode.
regards
Julien
I agree with your suggestion, this could be a helpful feature !
thx

Hi Brian Krause, thank you for posting.
Please allow me to share a little detail on how we work with Product Feedback. We receive many great ideas on Community, and we pass on all feedback to our Product team. We check with our team and assign a status after a thread receives more than 60 upvotes according to our Product Feedback Guidelines & Statuses. This suggestion at the moment needs more support.
As outlined in this Community post, the Product team looks at a wide range of data, user feedback, and Community suggestions/votes to determine what next to work on. The team always aims to focus on implementing the functionality that will have the widest impact and benefit for the most users, and it's for this reason, that we simply can't implement all of the suggestions we receive via our various feedback channels.
In the meantime, if there are any updates in relation to this suggestion, we'll be sure to update you here. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello,
I agree on this topic too because we where thinking to even allocated 2 licenses for me in order to have account access and operational access.
Even as an Account owner i have multiple projects/Folders share with me but impossible to find the final location like is it located in a personal space or somewhere.
I had to block space creation in order to be sure i'm always part of the space, to be sure i can support correctly if needed. In 2025 a lot as been improve on space visibility, workflow etc.. that was great because i was managing all that true tasks to have an overview :) But more can be done i'm sure, some example i'm currently doing our early audit and checking every user access and the features is not easy to use. How to clean and keep the system clean when you don't have 100% of the system visibility. Hope this will be improved in the futur.
Many thanks for your support. If you have tips for me it's more than welcome too.

Hello Rohan V,
Thanks for your message.
We have set this set up since a year when we did a full redesign of how we are using Wrike. We cleaned a lot but i still have a lot of folder project created before i took over Wrike in my company. Would it be possible to share with your support team the excel of all shared with me items and give me access to the parents location or tell me where exactly is it located?
many thanks
