Sharing all folders with a new employee
Hi
We recently had a new employee who started, who needed access to all our customers, who were set up as folders. Would've been nice if i could select all (or choose batch) and instantly share with this user. It is now a timely job to go and share all folders one by one. We will have another new employee soon, and then we have to go through the same process again,
Any chance this can be looked at by the developers in the near future?

Carlo, are you using groups? I never used groups until about a year ago. Everytime I had a new employee it was a nightmare as I needed to remember to share folders, my dashboards, etc. I finally organized groups and now I just add an employee into a group and that gives them the appropriates shares across Wrike immediately.
Took what used to be a 20-30 minute step for me down to 5 minutes or less.
My only issue is I wish I could assign the group when I create the employee. I have to wait for them to accept before I can do that. Minor hiccup.

I′m using the same way with Ivan.
You may be able to manage your issue by using User Groups and Share setting, I guess.
