Who's court is it in...
I had a mother idea that would be cool. On the project sheets where you have all of the small pictures of people that are involved, it would be really cool to highlight the person for whose court the next task is in. Or some kind of way for everyone to see who has it at the moment. It could be multiple people but it would help to look at the board view and have the things that are urgent for me visible. So basically, from the board view where you see everyones small circle pictures, the person(s) who have the next task would be highlighted and the other photos subdued. They would be triggered by the subtask lists once each step is checked off? The email reminders become overwhelming and so I think this would simplify it.
Its just a suggestion for future dev.
Hi Justin, firstly I want to mention Auto-assign based on Status in case you're unaware of this automation feature - it's a pretty cool way to ensure the right people are working on a task at the right stage.
Just to be sure we're on the same page with this request. You'd like to see a type of "Assignee workflow" which you highlight assignees currently working on items; meaning if multiple people are assigned to a task, you can tell what stage it's at by which assignee is highlighted.
Sorry if I misunderstood this - if there's an example or use-case you can provide this may help the Product Team and I fully understand how it may be implemented 👍
