Email templates with merge tags for automatic data filling

I would very much like a feature to create and manage email templates with merge tags for automatic data filling. This will improve efficiency by speeding up email creation, ensure consistent communication, and reduce human errors. A template editor, a central tag library, and automatic filling of templates with the correct data would be key components. For example, a project update email could automatically include the recipient's name, project number, status, and deadline. I am currently missing this feature greatly and believe it would significantly enhance our workflow.
