We’re excited to announce that the new Audit Log section is now live in Klaxoon Administration! This update brings powerful tools for increased transparency, compliance, and platform control.

 

 

- Dedicated Audit Log section: Now available to all Team and Company Admins (excludes eShop).

- Advanced filters: Search events by time range, event category, event type, and author.

- Track critical events: Monitor all existing audit log events, including attachment uploads and downloads (images, PDFs, etc. in Board, comments, questions).

- Detailed event view: Use the “View Event Details” option to access raw data for each event.

- Extended access: See and download up to 30 consecutive days of visible events, with historical data reaching back 12 months.

 

- Enhanced transparency: Easily monitor key platform events in real time, helping reassure clients.

- Security policy compliance: Quickly locate events to assist with support, investigations, or audit requirements.

- Greater control: Instantly visualize platform activity and no more digging through APIs.
