Conditional Formatting

I wanted to share a quick and practical tip that has significantly improved the way I visualize and interpret data in Wrike Analyze: Conditional Formatting. It's a simple but powerful way to highlight critical metrics and trends at a glance. It allows you to set custom rules to automatically change the appearance of your data, like coloring cells based on their values. For example, you can highlight overdue tasks in red or quickly spot projects that are ahead of schedule with a green indicator.

Conditional formatting visually emphasizes key data points without needing you to comb through rows of information, and you can instantly spot issues, like allocation imbalances or milestones at risk to act on them faster.
