Project Status Report Template - Help?
The Project Status template in Wrike Analyze is exactly what I'm looking for.
However - Is it possible to create one analytics dashboard that has a drop down to pick the project from? Or do I have to create a dashboard for every single project? That'd be 100+ dashboards for me!
How do I make this easy to navigate for my end users?
Hi Laura,

In the right side of the report, you can add filters, which affect the widgets in the report.
You can use the project / folder name, or even a custom property if you have one with the project name.
From there you can select whichever project you want the data to be visualized for.
Here is an example:
Laura Lysaght 100 is a lot, but you could use board-level filters to give your team a choice of which project to view. In my example, my team chooses the publication year they want to look at, but it would work similarly.
Alternately, you could group your projects into boards by making a main board that links to others. Maybe you have like 10 boards each with 10 similar projects in the board-level filters to cut down on the number of projects displayed in each board. In my example, I used some text widgets to include a hyperlink to other boards to decrease loading times.
...am I the only one who things that the Analytics board filters UI is a little "kludgy"?
I have the "Project Name" filter set up, but it's not nearly as elegant as the new Parameters slicer on New Dashboards.
I'm having a hard time getting my end users to adopt the filter approach because it's unintuitive/intimidating for them.
Hi Laura Lysaght,

have you tried to use a table like a filter?
Or other kind of graph, it depends on how many items you have to filter.
We use a donut to filter projects by owner
Here how it can be setup: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/30591477782423-Custom-Dashboards?page=1#community_comment_31344128074391
