I use conditional formatting so I can spot issues at a glance:
๐Ÿ”ด Red = Somethingโ€™s late or at risk: fix it ASAP.
๐ŸŸก Yellow = Needs attention, but not a crisis (yet).
๐ŸŸข Green = All good, keep rolling!
