Default text for empty dashboard widget "We Didn't find anything....."

Hello,

This should be an easy fix, so I do hope someone makes a change fast. The default text message for an empty dashboard widget that reads "We didn't find anything ....Try removing some filters or using different ones." needs to be updated to something that doesn't inspire panic or lack of knowledge. How about "NONE" or "ZERO" or "N/A" or anything of that nature. 

We use our standard dasbhoards for reporting, and if there is no activity for the filter, our clients shouldn't read that long text.
