Bring back option to include a personal message for inviting users
UPDATE: Wrike Support was able to revert us to the original UI
Hello!
Recently, the UI for inviting users changed and the option to include a personal message was removed.
For us, this feature was extremely important as it allowed us to provide new users with clear instructions on how to get started in Wrike, share resources, and most importantly, extend a personal welcome to them and introduce ourselves.
We would write personalized content depending on whether the user was:
- A Regular user or Collaborator
- Within the organization or outside the organization
With this new UI, we'd need to send the users a second email giving them the introduction/instruction. Plus, we as admins wouldn't even know what the default email looked like when it was sent through Wrike.
It would be great to either have a section in the settings to rewrite templates and in the invitation UI, allow us to select the appropriate template or simply bring back the message box :)

Wonderful! I know we got it reverted back once I sent the feedback on our account, but I wasn't sure if it was the same for others - I think the fact that it's optional to include helps people who needed to include a message or not :)
