Hi Lisa
Please can you kindly assist. I registered trial period and when it expired. I have been trying to upgrade to teams plan of 2 users for a start before investing the whole company users. But its over 24 hours I haven't had any assistance or response. I only get an error and it doesn't proceed to payment platform. I only have request ticket no #1488638. I have attached screenshot image. I am currently running out of time as the company will recommend exploring other online systems. Please assist.
